The information we collect is to enable us to process your order and manage your account. Your

process your payment. Note: Your information is only shared with these companies if you
use their service to pay for your order.
Delivery companies – To enable our delivery partners to deliver your order, we must share

Our Guarantee to you is as follows:
We guarantee (excluding bean filling) the design, fabric and manufacture of all products against
wear and tear for a period of one year from the date of purchase. This guarantee is
limited to 6 months for commercial use customers. Polystyrene beans will flatten (depending on
usage) and topping up your beanbag may be necessary (this is not covered by our guarantee).
All goods are made to order.
All goods are dispatched after your payment has cleared.
If on delivery the goods are visibly damaged please DO NOT accept them from the courier. Any goods
delivered faulty, sub standard, unsatisfactory or damaged will be exchanged. If no exact duplicate
replacement is available for your damaged goods we will gladly issue a full refund or you may choose
an equivalent product from the store. All enquiries regarding any item in our store are welcomed.
As the real (actual) cost of postage and packaging goods is higher than what we charge you, we
recommend that you thoroughly enquire before placing your order.
Free fabric samples are available
upon request and recommended especially when matching with decor.
If you wish to return the item
you must do so within 7 days of delivery. You must pay for the return postage.
To account for postage lost on our end, you will receive your refund according to the formula below:
